Manitoba Vital Statistics - http://vitalstats.gov.mb.ca/Query.php - this is a searchable site for births, deaths and marriages in Manitoba.  You can also order copies of certificates.
 
Saskatchewan Vital Statistics - http://genealogy.ehealthsask.ca/vsgs_srch.aspx This is a searchable site for some births and deaths, but is very limited in scope.
 
Saskatchewan Archives Board- www.saskarchives.com/using-archives/family-history-research/online-resources Contains a wide variety of information on early Saskatchewan history but does not have a database on individuals.
